Use Mode
To lower the SABER frame to the frame down ‘brake position’, move the locking lever up and slowly raise the handle to the upright and locked position.
Transport Mode
To elevate the SABER frame and disengage it from the "brake position," simply lift the locking lever upwards and lower the handle until it reaches the down and locked position.
